QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE Record More Material For Upcoming Album
October 19, 2004Billboard.com is reporting that QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE will return to the studio at the end of month to record two additional songs for their next Interscope album, due in March. According to the Josh Homme-led band's official web site, the tunes "Don't Need a Name" and "The Fun Machine Took a Shit & Died" join 18 songs that have already been put to tape for the set.
"The boys did not want to wait for the record after this to record them," the site says. "They feel like the weight of the wait 'til March is already a long enough wait for them to wait. Either way, when the music comes out in March one thing is for sure: there's gonna be a lot of it."
